Hi, I'm James. This picture is why I founded Watchdog. Owning and operating a business is far more than just income. For me, its a way I can express my love and devotion to my family. Whether I am at home or at work, I want my wife to know she is my top priority. I want her to know she can depend on me to provide her and our children everything they need. Furthermore It is important for me to set an example for my children that

• hard work, reliability, and dependability are necessary qualities and important to society

• you can have a vision, set goals, and achieve  

• any single person has the power to watch over and do good for others.

I chose to incorporate these same core values into my business. I believe respect and trust must be earned and entitlement is not an option. I believe that is why Watchdog had become an industry leader, not because of our skills, knowledge, or experience, but because we view our clients as family and deliver the same core values as we do at home.
